In January we start in a rush. January 1st arrives and, almost by obligation, we invent resolutions on the spot. No wonder most don't survive February.
But September is different. You can see September coming. You have all of August to prepare.
The September phenomenon
For many, September marks a more real reset than January. Vacations end. Work rhythm returns. Kids start school.
September has January's energy, but without the New Year's hangover or promises made under social pressure.
Your August plan
While the world rests, you can design. Not with stress, but with calm.
Ask yourself: If I could establish only 3 habits this next quarter, which would they be?
Week 1: Reflect. What worked this year? What didn't? What do you want different?
Week 2: Define. Choose 2-3 habits maximum.
Week 3: Prepare. What do you need? Equipment? Apps? Space? A habit partner?
Week 4: Practice. Start in beta version the last week of August.
While others return from vacation wondering what to do with their lives, you'll already have the system running.
