You've been meditating for months. Every day, you check the box. But lately something feels missing.
The habit is there, but the soul is gone.
The emptiness of automation
When a behavior becomes completely automatic, we risk losing its meaning. You meditate because "it's time," not because you're seeking mental clarity.
A habit without intention is just an empty ritual. The checkbox is marked, but you're not present.
Reconnecting with purpose
Every habit started for a reason. There was something you were seeking: calm, energy, knowledge, strength.
Ask yourself: Why did I start this? What was I seeking? Am I still seeking it?
The practice of intention
Before starting: Take 10 seconds to remember why you do this. Not the what, the why.
During: Keep that intention present.
When finishing: Ask: Did this bring me closer to what I seek?
Today, before checking your habit, ask yourself: What for?
